Our Commitment to Fair & Transparent Service
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings confirmed after full payment.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Payments accepted via cards, UPI, and secure gateways.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Early or late check-ins subject to availability and extra charges.
- Valid ID proof required at check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to property.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.
- Pets allowed only with prior management approval.
5. Liability
- Vivanta Hotels is not responsible for loss of valuables.
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
- Third-party service issues (transport, tours) are not under our responsibility.
6. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
